Cancellation Policy
•Deposit is nonrefundable.
•You have 48 hours to submit deposit after time of scheduling or your appointment will be cancelled.
•Once deposit is submitted, you are agreeing to have your card information on file and giving consent to charge your card for any fees that may have to be paid in the future.
•There is a minimum of 40$ or 50% cancellation/rescheduling fee within 48 hours of the appointment. NO ACCEPTIONS.
•There is a 100% cancellation/rescheduling/no-show fee if it is the day of appointment. NO ACCEPTIONS.
•You are allowed one rescheduling opportunity. If you need to reschedule again after the first time, there is a fee of 50$ per reschedule.
